Dimmock’s Quality Meats was opened in 2007, by husband and wife team Gerald and Karen Dimmock.
Gerald and Karen own a property at nearby Wybong, where they run a small herd of beef cattle. However, the majority of beef sold at Dimmock’s is grown by Karen’s parents on their farm at McCully’s Gap.
Gerald has more than 20 years’ experience as a butcher, and employs a qualified team who share his commitment to quality and service.
They’re a friendly bunch, who take a lot of pride in their work. They also enjoy a good steak – don’t forget to ask them for their tips on how to cook yours!
Providing excellent service is key to their success, as is being involved in their local community. Dimmock’s Quality Meats sponsors local sporting clubs and schools and enjoys giving back to the community that supports the business.
